Description
To paste the neoprene, clean and dry both sides to join.
Put a coat of glue and let dry for 5-10 minutes until it becomes thick.
For major repairs or particularly delicate ones, apply a second coat after drying of first.
Apply an outer coat to strengthen bonding once done, the tail acts as a solvent diluted.
