Description
The XDEEP 3D Mesh Shoulder and Back Pads add extra comfort to your backplate/wing system. The pads are neutrally buoyant and won’t compress at depth.
Full set includes shoulder pads and back pad with fitting bolts. Back and shoulder pads are also available separately.
How to attach the backplate pad:
The backplate pad will be arriving with 6 bolts, 6 nuts, 6 metal washers and 6 nylon washers. One you place the pad on the backplate the fabric flaps (3 of each side) will fold to the back of the backplate.
The top and bottom flaps with bolt holes in them will align with the very top and bottom holes on the backplate and the middle flap will find its place.
Slide the bolt in through the flap and then the backplate hole with the thread end facing the diver. Back of the bolt is facing out towards the wing which will be put in place. Then slide the nylon washer from diver side towards backplate, followed by metal washer and finally the bolt nut. The pressure will keep the pad in place once the nut is tightened.
Effectively the pad will be held in place against the backplate at 12 points, 6 to either side.
