Dive Rite Transpac XT
CREATED FOR EXPLORERS, BY EXPLORERS
From its initial design and release in 1995 to today, the TransPac XT has evolved through technology and relentless testing and diving to become one of Dive Rite’s signature products. Developed by Dive Rite CEO, Lamar Hires, the TransPac XT design was born from expeditions in the remote karst region of Japan. Lamar’s expeditions to remote areas required rugged yet comfortable gear both in and out of the water, and the equipment had to hold up under extreme conditions and unlimited use. It also had to be versatile. With this in mind, Lamar went to work designing the TransPac to meet the needs of the most extreme diver. All that he learned from 100s and 100s of dives in a vast number of locations was
carefully implemented over time, making the TransPac BCD/harness system what it is today; a superior diving system.
With a streamline design, a mountaineer’s backpack style harness, and unmatched durability, comfort, and support, the TransPac XT performs at the highest level. Whether side mounting caves in Mexico, diving doubles or a rebreather on wrecks in the Great Lakes, or casually diving a single tank on a shallow reef in the Grand Cayman Islands, the TransPac’s comfort, adjustability, versatility, and ability to accessorize make it the choice BCD/harness system for the serious diver.
The Dive Rite Transpac XT is built with Superior Comfort.

Dive RIte Voyager EXP Wing
The Voyager Series wings, donut-shaped air cells for single-tank diving, provide divers essential buoyancy control. With 35 lbs. (15.8 kg) of lift, streamlined side panels, and their minimalist, oval shape, the wings’ design provides maximum comfort throughout the dive with no squeezing or restrictions. The donut-shape design provides greater stability and control while diving by keeping an even volume of inflation on the top, sides, and bottom. This, along with an integrated Gusset Control System (GCS) that reduces “taco” effect and promotes effective streamlining, puts buoyancy where it is most needed (throughout the torso supporting the weight of the tank) for superior horizontal trim. The GCS is not like a bungee wing because it does not restrict airflow; instead, the GCS promotes added streamlining and buoyancy control, yet allows the wing to inflate to its full capacity. Even floating on the surface, the Voyager Series wings excel by keeping the diver in a vertical position when used in conjunction with a harness and crotch strap; it won’t tip you over.
Made from a durable 1680 ballistic nylon EXP material with a 1680 ballistic nylon diver’s side panel and further enhanced with a heavy-duty, 210 denier nylon laminated bladder.
Equipped with a choice of a 12- or 16-inch elbow or a 16-inch rapid exhaust (pull dump), appropriate low-pressure inflation hose, and two sets of marine-grade 316 stainless steel grommet mounting holes for attaching the wing to a harness, the Voyager Series can accommodate any diver’s needs.
As a part of our modular BCD system, the Voyager Series wings can be matched with either a TransPac® XT, Transplate, or any metal back plate and webbing harness.
